2 C cauliflower (steamed and chopped)
1/2 C spaghetti squash (cooked)
1 C Tofutti sour cream
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1.5 tsp Ener-G egg replacer
2 Tbsp warm water
1 C Daiya mozzarella cheese
12 pepperoni slices
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
"Crust"
Mix first eight ingredients together.*
Create 12 circles on baking sheet (or you can put in the bottom of a muffin tin). Top each circle with some mozzarella cheese and a pepperoni slice (or other pizza toppings of your choice.) Bake for 45 mins. or until edges are golden brown.
*can also put through food processor to make it less "chunky"
