1 box glutino double chocolate brownie mix
2 bananas (used in place of eggs)
1 C milk (your choice. I used Vanilla Flax Milk)
1/3 C + 1 TBSP EarthBalance butter (melted)
1 TBSP vanilla
1/4 TBSP cinnamon
1/2 C Enjoy Life chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas and mix in vanilla and cinnamon. Add glutino mix, butter and milk. Stir until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Grease a 9X9 pan. Add brownie mixture, being sure to spread it evenly in pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
*Helpful Hint: allow to cool thoroughly before cutting. They are "cakey" in texture and crumble/tear if you try to cut them while hot.
Note: All of the glutino boxes do say, "may contain soy" so use with caution if that is a severe allergy for you.
